Impact: Reduces administrative friction and ensures Educators are cleared for work faster.
Overview
The Activities module acts as your personal and team to-do list. While the system automatically generates many activities based on Educator actions, you can also manage tasks manually. This ensures a transparent history of actions taken on an Educator's profile.
Standard Operating Procedure
1. Prerequisites: Market Selection
You must select a market to view relevant activities.
System Path: Settings (bottom-left) > Profile.
Action: Select your relevant market(s) in the dropdown.
Check: Ensure the field is not empty, or the list will appear blank.
2. Viewing and Filtering Lists
Navigate to Activities in the side menu. Use the tabs to filter your view.
All Activities
Active
Shows In Progress and To Do for the whole team.
All Activities
Shows history, including Closed/Cancelled tasks.
My Activities
All My Active
Shows In Progress and To Do assigned specifically to you.
All My Activities
Shows your complete history.
3. Creating Manual Activities
Action: Click the
+button next to the "Activities" header.Input: Enter Title, Description, Priority, and Due Date.
Context: If you create an activity while viewing an Educator's profile, the system auto-selects that Educator.
4. Updating Activity Properties
You can update Status, Priority, Assignee, and Due Date using three methods.
Quick Edit: Click the property icon directly in the list row to change it instantly.
Bulk Edit: Check the box on the far left of multiple rows. A menu appears to update all selected items at once.
Detail View: Click the Activity row to open the side panel. Edit properties on the right side.
5. Using the Detail View
Clicking a row opens the Detail View side panel.
Left Side: Displays Educator context and information.
Right Side: Displays Activity actions, guidance, and event history.
Action: Use this view to Archive activities that are no longer relevant.
Troubleshooting
List is empty
Go to Settings > Profile and ensure your Market is selected.
Wrong Educator linked
Manual activities require manual linking. Check the "Educator" field in Detail View.
